What are we learning: 

1. Apple cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting

Waking up on a Christmas morning or a big holiday to smell of cinnamon rolls is heavenly , we are using fresh apples stuffed in cinnamon roll topped with cream cheese frosting glaze

2. Brioche buns

Buns that go great in a burgers 

Often called as burger buns 

They are different from the normal pav used in Indian kitchen

3. Brioche donuts

Light and very fluffy donuts that can be filled or eaten plain and usually a big hit with kids 

4. Nutella babka

Babka is a traditional Jewish bread often filled with halva or chocolate spread 

This is a easy spin off on traditional babka with Nutella 

5. Strawberry and walnut braided bread

An interesting flavour combination that works like a charm 

Nutty walnuts paired with strawberries often gives out a good compliment to each other in terms of flavour and texture
